The Space:

The living space features a stylish living room with soaring beamed ceilings and tropical decor, as well as a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end fixtures and state-of-the-art appliances. The living space opens to a covered balcony, where you can spot local wildlife, including howler monkeys and tropical birds. The spiral staircase at the condo’s center leads to a spacious loft with spectacular views.



Casa de Françoise can sleep a total of nine guests between the condo’s three beautiful bedrooms and the loft’s two queen beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom includes a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. The unit also includes three luxury bathrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, and high-speed internet access.



Guests at Casa de Françoise have full access to Reserva Conchal’s world-class amenities, including excellent restaurants and bars; a private beach club with an infinity pool, spa, gym, restaurant, and beach access to Playa Conchal; a Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course with sweeping ocean views; and land and sea adventures, including hiking and biking trails, kayaking, paddleboarding, and snorkeling.

Pet-Friendly Policy



We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
