During peak summer weeks, it is typical for our properties to require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season.
Complimentary Linens Service Provided: This includes bedsheets, bath, beach, and dish towels for every bed home sleeps and total home occupancy.
We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out
One private acre where mornings arrive quietly and the marsh handles the rest. The herons showed up years ago, claimed squatter's rights, and have shown no interest in leaving. Conservation land on one side, marsh on another, quiet neighbors on the other. Just the Cape Cod you came for.

Welcome to Simply Stunning, a Cape Cod retreat with a private acre, water and marsh views on two sides, protected conservation land on a third, and a New England home generous enough that everyone finds their own favorite corner. The evenings tend to surprise people. With the fire pit going, stars out, and the marsh glowing — most guests say that's when they stopped thinking about anywhere else.
The main level connects an open kitchen, dining area, living room, and glass-enclosed sunroom in one seamless flow — made for long meals, unhurried mornings, and easy entertaining. The sunroom is a standout: walls of glass, conservation and marsh views, perfect from first coffee to the spectacular evening light.
With three beautifully appointed bedrooms, this home comfortably accommodates family and friends. The primary suite provides comfort, accessibility, and a tranquil connection to the surrounding landscape, while two additional bedrooms upstairs ensure privacy for guests. A private den off the main level offers an additional sleeping option — a queen sofa bed, full adjacent bathroom, and no stairs. Ideal for grandparents, guests who want privacy, or anyone who just needs a quiet moment away from the group.
