CASETA DE PARAISO

This Lovely Designer One-Bedroom is compact and comfortable, just over 780 square feet of Paradise, for a price you can't refuse. Designer decorated and ready for occupancy. On site 24 hour Security, your own parking space on the property. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Being in Building B it is so quiet and serene that you will actually love it you have no noise from the road or the pool and it is peaceful, all you have to do is take a 2 minute walk to the pool. There is a very nice bathroom and seating area at the pool.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 A/C units, Satellite TV, Mexican Land Line so that you can make local calls and receive any calls from family and friends, Wi-Fi in room so you can SKYPE who ever you need, Maid Service, 2 infinity pools on property, manicured gardens and a fantastic view overlooking La Ropa Beach. It is an easy walk to La Ropa Beach and a hike to town (buses and taxis are always an option).

There is an abundance of wonderful restaurants nearby. The two infinity pools are pure relaxation, overlooking the sparkling Zihuatanejo Bay. The grounds, meticulously maintained, are landscaped with a large variety of local fruits and colorful flowers.
Lay by the pool and enjoy your vacation. This is a very private and quiet condo beautifully decorated for your lovely stay in Zihuatanejo. This unit does not have a balcony but it has a very open kitchen area that opens up like you are on a balcony.

2% IVA Tax and 15% Mexican Tax is not included in the Rates.

A $250.00 Security Deposit for any damages has to be submitted with payment. This Security Deposit will be returned within two weeks after departure, the condo has to be inspected, and the deposit will be released.

Love This Place in LaRopa!

We've stayed in LaRopa before at this building, and a different condo this time. Location is excellent. The hill coming home can be a challenge to walk up but cabs were so cheap. The unit is small but perfect size for 2 people. Well-stocked kitchen and a nice view of the water.Ample linens and comfortable bed. A/C worked great. Pool floaties were provided. We spent lots of time at the infinity pool which has a spectacular view. Friendly staff.

Loved everything, Don was very responsive and Dulce the property manager was lovely and extremely helpful.I am 65 and I enjoyed the stairs, my legs have never been so toned, I feel 50 again !Pool was amazing and quiet, most days we were alone

La Ropa

Loved our time in Zihau. Weather was excellent. The infinity pool & the views of the bay are outstanding. The grounds of the Property are beautifully maintained. Dolce was easy to deal with and the owner was quick to respond when we had a few small issues. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing we really missed was a balcony. The open windows & bar stools just didn’t cut it. Next time we would opt for a unit with a balcony.

A Wee Slice of Heaven

My husband and I stayed in this condo for the first week of December and loved every single minute. The views, service, location, people, the list goes on .... were all incredible. If you are feeling unsure of renting a VRBO in Zihuantanejo, jump into this rental with both feet. You will not be disappointed. p.s. if you are worried about the hill, there are multiple options that will take you up or down. Definitely not a reason to shy away.

Fantastic Time at La Casa Que Ve al Mar

Our 3 week stay at La Casa Que Ve al Mar has been fantastic! The condo is exactly as described and the complex is beautifully maintained with one of the best infinity pool views in Zihautanejo. Check in was easy & efficient, communication with the property manager (Dulce) has been fantastic and always helpful. 5 star recommendation!

Killer view

We spent two weeks in a one bedroom condo. We walked into town or strolled the beach every day. Playa la Ropa is scenic and offers many restaurants along the beachfront. The walk back up to the unit is steep but one can always call a taxi. Sunsets are spectacular. The two pools are a great place to cool off. Condo is well appointed.

Great Stay!

The condo was the perfect set-up and location for our vacation! it was exactly as the listing stated, very clean and the perfect place to make breakfast before a big day in town. It had great amenities, cooking supplies and toiletries (very helpful if you forget to bring something). Was close enough to walk down to the beach and into town if you’re feeling ambitious. Check-in process was easy, and the property manager is amazing. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Relaxing stay

I come to Zihua every year. My favorite place to stay is Casa Que ve Al mar. This condo does not disappoint. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Well equipped. Easy walk to beach.

Super Stay Great Place!

This was our third time at this condo. That's how much we like it. The two infinity pools are amazing, the view overlooking the bay incredible, the condo terrific. The condo had everything needed, the A/C worked perfectly, lots of hot water, and the complex provides jugs of bottled water at very little cost. Manager Dulce is a star and does everything she can to make your stay as near perfect as can be!! We recommend Jungle Pizza, Espuma, and El Pirate as restaurants to visit. El Pirate has salsa dancing on Sundays at 3PM. The coconut fried shrimp is terrific no matter where you get it. All of the seafood is terrific no matter where you get it! Highly recommend and can't wait to return in March of 2023.

This is a really nice 1 bedroom condo. It has all you need, and more to enjoy your stay in Zihuantanejo. The unit is well stocked, as well as the kitchen if you wish to eat in. The two infinity pools are excellent, and offer wonderful views of the town and beach areas below. The property is approx 2 blocks from Playa La Ropa. Getting down to the beach isn't too difficult. But the climb back up is strenuous. I consider myself to be in good physical condition, and every time we walked up from the beach it kicked my rear. This is the one consideration that I would advise people to pay attention to. If hiking isn't your thing, then this property may not be for you. If you enjoy a vigorous challenge, then I would highly recommend this property. The owner is responsive, and helpful with suggestions. Zihua is a beautiful place, with beautiful people. Playa La Ropa is the best beach in Zihua. We thouroghly enjoyed our stay here, and Zihua!
