Escape to this charming 2-bedroom holiday retreat in central Caloundra, just 2 minutes to vibrant Bulcock Street and 5 minutes to Kings Beach. Enjoy easy access to cafés, shops, and local attractions. This cosy, well-equipped apartment is the perfect base for a relaxing getaway or adventure on the Sunshine Coast. Ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking comfort and convenience in a prime location.
PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is located in the Centaur Place complex in central Caloundra. With Caloundra's main street only steps away and a short walk to a choice of beaches, you couldn't wish for a better location.
Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Parking:
The apartment includes secure ground floor parking for one vehicle for the duration of your visit.
Additional street parking is available, but it can get quite busy.
Air Conditioning:
The main living area of the apartment is air-conditioned.
The unit also has the ability to cool the bedrooms as well, but both are also equipped with ceiling fans.
Stylishly decorated throughout, the apartment has a light, airy atmosphere.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped with:
Cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and coffee machine.
It’s ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.
Dining and Patio:
The dining table seats three.
There is a lovely patio off the lounge room with additional seating for 2.

Tea, coffee, milk
3-in-1 body wash and hair
2 rolls of toilet paper
Guests are required to purchase their own after these initial supplies run out. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels, etc. All linen is provided, and it is Premium Linen Service.

As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
