This stunning 1 bedrm apartment is in the heart of the Viaduct area. Immaculately presented, fully furnished & kitted out with an added bonus of a car park; making everything easy for you. Complete with a gym & sauna.. All just a stone`s throw from the harbor entertainment precinct of world-class lavish bars and eateries. Relax on the patio taking in the complex tranquil private garden setting or take a walk through it, having time out after a busy day exploring Auckland or work.
Once you open the main door you are taken by the light, sunny and spacious feel of this apartment, Your eye goes straight to the full height windows to the beautiful communal garden beyond. You enter into the kitchen area with the dining ahead of you and laundry and first bathroom to your right. The apartment then wraps around the corner of the gardens opening up into the comfy lounge (office to the right). The main bedroom and ensuite leads off the lounge. You can`t miss wanting to go outside and enjoy the relaxing garden. The apartment is fully kitted out to make your stay easy and relaxing. It allows you to be self catering while having the best cafes and restaurants just around the corner.
Auckland CBD business hub is just up the road and transport centres near by. Sorry pool is currently undergoing repairs and is not available. Gym and spa are still available.
Guests have access to the entire listed apartment.
Check in is convenient via lock box at the KEYP-IT on the corner of Pakenham St East & Market Place
Full check in details will be sent to you 1 days before you are due to arrive.
There is a car park available subject to availability. Please contact us if you would like to use it.
We give our guests space but are available when needed. Pillo manages this property on behalf of the owners & we are available 24/7 for urgent requests. We are just a phone call, text, or e-mail away during business hours ( 9 am to 7 pm)

BUILDING MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY ARE ON SITE AND THEY CONSTANTLY PATROL.
They will charge for any breaches of rules , ask you to leave immediately and there will be no booking refunds.
By booking , you are accepting full responsibility for any and all charges that may result from any breach of polices and rules and authorise Pillo to deduct payment from your credit card or channel account.
WE DO ASK THAT YOU PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE RULES RE THIS BOOKING.
IF YOU UNFORTUNATELY CHOSE NOT TO, YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED & YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. THE FINE WILL BE MIN NZ$1,000 + ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS.

• NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR. Please be respectful of all residents in the building and surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including in all areas inside on the balcony, common areas & on the street. There is a noise CURFEW from 10pm to 9am,
• NO illegal substances or activity are allowed,
• NO PETS are allowed on the premises,
• Sorry, this property cannot be used for receiving mail or packages,
• CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged extra for the cleaning at a rate of $50 NZD min,
• Please read house & appliance INSTRUCTIONS. Your questions may be answered in there! ,
