Comfortable and convenient

Thanks Grace for a lovely stay, beds are all comfortable including sofa bed, lovely sunny outlook onto garden. Very convenient location to city and public transport.

Had a large rental car, entering/exiting driveway difficult. No freezer, no oven. Not having wi-fi to see lock box instructions, had to get son to help and very helpful. Washing machine did not work. Owner very helpful via email but not on site which worked out OK.

Good experience

This was our very first VRBO with no previous experience like this we found the process and communication for check-in and check-out very easy and the facility was is good to great condition. There was a slight musty smell upon arrival but wasn't noticeable after a bit. One thing missing was paper towels, but we bought our own. This location was close enough to everything we wanted to do (just explore the Auckland area) and I'd recommend it.

Lovely place to stay

A friend and I stayed here recently to go to the Pink concert and it was excellent. Grace and William are lovely hosts and the accommodation is clean, tidy and close to many suburbs and amenities. Would definitely return.

Accommodation for Wedding - 3 night stay

Perfect central Auckland location for the five of us - (all adult family members) to attend a wedding within walking distance of this accommodation. Lovely and clean, well presented and set up and everything that we needed was there and accessible, including parking. All communications with Grace and William (and their lovely dog Pyro), were easy, pleasant and really friendly. We'd definitely book this BookaBach again.

Everything Needed for a Comfortable Stay

Grace and William are wonderful hosts with great communication. The unit is just perfect and very relaxing. Off street car parking, Comfy beds, great shower, well appointed kitchen equipment. Convenient central location. Would happily stay here again if we need a home away from home in Auckland:)

Great property

The house was wonderful - very clean and attractive with everything we needed for our nine-day stay. It had a beautiful garden and the Three Kings area was very quiet and peaceful. It was very conveniently located - basically 15 minutes from any of the locations we needed to go to, and very near to shops and restaurants. William and Grace were very gracious, helpful and kind. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Auckland.
