Our stay was ok. The price was fine, and it is a nice short walk to the beach. Our arrival and check in process was stressful, the code provided did not work. It is rented out by a rental company and they were not able to assist us. We were told a service ticket would be created and a technician would be out to the property “soon” We drove 12 hours with 6 kids and 2 dogs. We were pretty frustrated that they couldn’t give us a timeframe to wait. We ended up waiting in our cars because it was cold out and finally did get a call with a working code a while later. The property also must have had renovations recently and there were MANY screws and nails in the driveway and walk paths and we had to be careful. The main kitchen microwave did not work and we notified them and while we were not home, a technician came in to look at it without not notifying us prior. I would overall say the home is spacious, has good kitchen items and several games to play. It’s walking distance to the beach and was quiet at night. The pool was unusable as it was out of season (be sure to read the fine print in the listing as it’s advertised as having a pool but not usable during specific months). We did not use the hot tub as it also looked like it had not been used in a while.

Thank you for this feedback. We regret you had the impression we do not have after hours services. We have emergency services on duty 24/7. Unfortunately you reached our after hours call center when you reached out and there was a failure to communicate to the appropriate person. Not your fault and we regret this happened. We also regret that you were unaware outdoor pools are not open in April. It is simply too cold to swim in community pools or private pools and we try to outline this clearly on our communications. We will revisit how this is communicated to future guests. The hot tub was serviced on the day of your arrival and chemicals were checked two days into your stay to ensure it was safe and sanitary. We regret you did not have our usual delivery of a 5-Star experience.
