As an added bonus, this home also allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering 3 night minimum stays!

Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal outdoor pools and an indoor pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry. While in Ocean Pines you can enjoy a number of parks and walking trails available within the community. There are 2 marinas, a premier racquet sports facility and a Robert Trent Jones Sr. designed championship golf course.

6 Sandy Circle allows ONE small dog up to 25lbs, well-trained dog with $150 Non-refundable Pet Fee. Dog must be current on all vaccinations, and currently treated with Flea/Tick Preventative. Must remain on leash when outside and waste picked up. NO CATS.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund. Parking at the Beach Club is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the home.
