This is a quiet, residential suburb

Guests have the entire property to themselves but the downstairs rooms will be locked off during your stay (this is to make the house more affordable for smaller groups). If you would like to use the downstairs bedroom & bathroom (so that there would be a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms) then please search our other listings to find the 5 bedroom version so you have rent the whole house.

• Bathroom #2 has a shower and bath

• Bathroom essentials provided, including hair dryer

• Washing machine, dryer & laundry detergents, iron & ironing board provided

• Undercover parking for two cars (behind gate), plus additional off street parking in driveway

Check in time is 2pm.
Check out time is 10am.

Pets are permitted with the following conditions:
- They must be added to the reservation, $80 pet fee applies
- Pets are not permitted indoors at any time
