Step out to enjoy the green spaces of Prince Alfred Park or wander to Paddy’s Markets for local finds, then hop on the train for a quick trip to Town Hall, Circular Quay, and other Sydney icons.
Tucked inside the architecturally striking Calibre building, this third-level apartment offers a calm retreat with modern interiors and everyday comfort. Light-filled and thoughtfully styled, it’s a well-connected base for travellers, corporate guests, and anyone seeking a peaceful stay in the heart of Surry Hills.
The living area forms the centre of the home, with curated books to browse and a TV offering Amazon Prime Video and Netflix for easy downtime. It opens directly to the private balcony, where leafy treetop views create a peaceful extension of the living area—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Inside, the kitchen is seamlessly integrated with oak cabinetry, brass tapware, stone surfaces, and quality appliances, including an oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and Nespresso machine. A glass dining table sits beside the balcony, where you can dine with greenery as your backdrop.
The queen-sized bedroom invites you to unwind, with neutral tones, plush bedding, soft carpets, and modern artwork creating a restful atmosphere. The ensuite bathroom continues the apartment’s aesthetic with warm stone tiles, brass fittings, and a generous walk-in shower—your own spa-inspired reset after exploring the city.
