Wow! What a wonderful surprise when we opened the front door and saw the lit Christmas tree nestled in front of the large windows. The house was amazing and provided plenty of room for our family reunion of 16. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies—including what seemed to be an endless supply of cups, plates, and utensils. The game rooms downstairs provided lots of room for the kids to be entertained while the mid-level was expansive where we also played games and watched TV. There was plenty of nearby walking and hiking. I was amazed that downtown Branson was only minutes away. Thanks for helping to make this a wonderful family reunion.

Amazing house with a beautiful view

Loved this property. We stayed with 23 family members for a family reunion. The 3 decks made for wonderful spaces to relax and catch up. The property location made it easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go in Branson or surrounding areas. Would highly recommend this house. Management was very easy to deal with and answered any and all questions before and during our stay.

Four generations of family

Booking was simple. Communication with host was good. We had 4 generations together on this trip. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen and dining area were awesome. Would love to go back again.

Family reunion fun!

Great place for our extended family to gather! Great view of the Lake. Had fun playing pool and the arcade game in the house. Enjoyed gathering on the decks and using the community pool and pickleball courts. Large fully equipped kitchen made mealtime easy!

Wonderful Branson Home!

The property was modern, open, clean and accommodated our family of 30! There are beautiful views of the lake from the patio, and plenty of space to roam in the home. The main patio was set up comfortably for us to play family games and enjoy the tranquility of looking out at the lake, as well as seeing stars at night. The kitchen was spacious and allowed us to enjoy meals with everyone, and to store plenty of food with 2 refrigerators. We enjoyed that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, allowing for more privacy. The pool table, hot tub, and video game were a homerun for teenagers and adults! The pool located in the community was lovely, clean, and warm. The sitting area and playground next to pool was nice and clean. The host and property manager were gracious, and answered us promptly with requests we made. A few complaints were: the outside of the house was missing a number which caused a little confusion upon arriving at the house, the grills were not clean upon arrival. (The host quickly took care of this). The water for showers were barely warm. (A plumber was sent to take care of this efficiently). Lastly, there were only enough towels for our party of 30 to have one towel each. It would have been great to have a minimum of 2 towels each per person. Overall a fantastic property and an excellent host!

Perfect getaway place for family vacations

This was a last minute booking for a family of 15 during Thanksgiving week... this place was amazing! The location, the view, the size of the house and everything they provide inside of it was all perfect for our needs. The host was extremely helpful and got back to me right away when I needed something. Highly recommend!!!

Overall good experience. Things to consider, if you have a big group and plan to hang at the house, there isn’t a lot of seating in living room.

50th Birthday Getaway

Pineapple Cove was the perfect house for my 50th birthday celebration with family and friends. The house was very clean, and conveniently located. Yvonne was a terrific host, providing fast responses to each of our questions. I highly recommend Pineapple Cove!
