The vacation was perfect. We never got a response from the host. Thankfully we did not really need anything. Overall everything was great! Would stay again.

Beautiful resort!

The whole resort was beautiful! There’s restaurants and several pools! The room is very high up so I was nervous about being out on the balcony. The resort is not right on the beach so you have to walk a little ways. But over all we had fun!

Our stay was wonderful! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—honestly even better than the photos. The room itself was spotless, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated that all the pools were heated and comfortably warm (a big plus compared to other nearby resorts).One of the best surprises was that the room came with more than what was advertised, including beach towels, a wagon, and sand toys—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.The only downside was communication prior to arrival. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with management before check-in. When I asked about additional amenities like towels and sand toys, I didn’t get a clear answer, so we were pleasantly surprised to find them provided after all. We also had some initial stress when we realized we hadn’t received the entry code as the instructions indicated. After several calls, we finally reached someone who informed us we needed to stop by the welcome center for key cards. Thankfully, it’s staffed 24/7, so everything worked out—but clearer communication ahead of time would have saved some worry.Overall, a great stay with excellent accommodations and amenities—just a few areas where communication could be improved.

Great Place - TERRIBLE Service from VACASA

We drove from 12 Hours from Nixa, MO. to Pensacola, FL. only to arrive at the Front Desk who had NO INFORMATION about us checking in. They NEVER received ANY "Reservation" data, etc.... from VACASA. Imagine YOUR Frustration and immediate anxiety that you've just been scammed? Vacasa accepted my payment on Saturday, sent me an email receipt but FAILED to send me some Resort Check In Sheet that HAD to be done BEFOREHAND
