Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. Cleanliness and maintenance are extremely important to us, and we take concerns like this very seriously. The property is on a regularly scheduled monthly pest control service as part of our preventative maintenance. We also have time-stamped photos taken prior to your arrival that show the home was cleaned and prepared for guests. Regarding the fireplace, it is on a timer and must be set to operate. We did provide this information; however, we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. While we regret that your stay was not enjoyable, we do appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. We will also be making improvements and updates to the home in the coming months as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience.
