The open-plan living area is filled with natural light, and the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy either indoors or in the fully fenced garden with BBQ and lounge area.
All three bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind, featuring cozy beds and fresh linens. There is one split air conditioning unit in the house, located in one of the bedrooms. The rest are fitted with ceiling fans, which are perfect for cooling at night.
Plenty of free private parking, with two undercover spaces in front of the main entrance.
