Located on a less traveled street in the Island Club development, this Put-in-Bay vacation home awaits your arrival. This home has four bedrooms and two full baths; sleeping up to twelve guests. There is space in the driveway for up to two vehicles. Stepping into the home via the coded electronic door entry, you step into the kitchen with ceramic tile flooring. The kitchen comes stocked with all that you will need to cook a great meal. There is a dining area within the kitchen. Next, the living room beckons you to have a seat and watch your favorite show from the flat-screen television. DirecTV service is present. Through the sliding glass door at the rear of the home, you'll step outside to a wooden deck area. A propane grill is provided and is sure to excite your group's grill guru. Put-in-Bay has been favorite destination for many years. Come and take part in the fun and excitement with a stay on the gem of the Lake Erie Islands. The Island Club is the leading provider of vacation rental properties on PIB and we look forward to taking care of your group.
The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are popular for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. During the week, you can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay's slower pace in a family friendly atmosphere. With Island Club Rentals, you can visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart onsite to get around. Location of house was perfect ! Communication with host was outstanding. Our only issues were the guest bathroom. Toilet def needs attention and lacking counter space for 3 bedrooms to share. Master bath needs some updating and def could use more outlets to plug electronics into. Otherwise for the amount of people this house worked for our large group. Nice and quiet corner of Island Club

Island Condo 61

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The common space for this condo was perfect for the amount of people in the unit. The issue was the walls were paper thin as you could hear everything in each room. Another issue was keeping rooms cool. The unit just would not cool down. The room with the fireplace was always hot and we had to buy a fan for it and another bedroom (across from the fireplace to the left) had no vents at all for air flow. The only room that stayed cool was the bedroom next to the one with no vents as it had 2 vents of air flow. The "master" bedroom did not stay cool either. Another issue we came across was the lack of bathrooms for 12 people. There was 2 bathrooms, with one being inside of a bedroom and deeming it hard to have multiple available. Another thing we noticed was the bathroom in the hallway had an entire gap above the door causing any noise, smells, etc to be observed. My code that worked for the front door did not work for the back door to the deck, so if you went outside on the deck, you would either need let in by somebody or had to walk all the way around to the front door to get inside. The kitchen was very nice and the bathrooms themselves were nice. The bedrooms were nice as well with the exception of keeping them cool.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the temperature and airflow throughout the condo. We will have our maintenance team look into the HVAC system and specifically the rooms you mentioned to determine what improvements can be made. We also appreciate you bringing the bathroom door gap and back door code issue to our attention so those can be addressed. Regarding the bathroom configuration, the unit is advertised with two bathrooms, but we understand how having one located within a bedroom can be less convenient for a larger group. We appreciate the detailed feedback because it helps us identify items that may not otherwise be brought to our attention. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope you’ll consider visiting Put-in-Bay again in the future.
