Kitchen is equipped with high end amenities, from cooking to entertaining. Large Granite island, hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor and custom built cabinets. The large dining room is perfect for a large family gathering, seating 8 comfortably with additional seating at the granite island, or side table which can seat two. Upstairs family room perfect for a private get away for either adults or children. This room also can double as a separate sleeping area as well.

All bedrooms equipped with flat screen high definition smart TVs.

4 Bedrooms, 3.5 baths. Includes 2 private master suites, beautifully appointed baths with first day toiletries included. 2 king beds, each in master suites, plus their own private bath. A bunk room with 2 sets of bunks, upstairs media/family room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a fourth private bedroom with a queen size bed. Approx. 2,500 sq. ft., 2 car attached garage, washer/dryer, outdoor patio and gas grill. The upstairs family room doubles as an additional bedroom.

The 4th bedroom is accessed through this room, making it a perfect place for parents with small children who need to be near, or teenagers who need their own space!

Screened in front porch. Enjoyable days and evenings can be spend bug free! Canoe, paddle board and 2 beach bikes available. Lots of beach toys for the kids. All towels, high end linens are provided.

Rental includes access to Bay Point Resort, it's restaurants, heated pool, sandy beaches, guest marina. There is also a playground, walking paths, basketball, volleyball. Private access for members only, with 24 hour gated security.

You may also bring your own boat! Docking fees are extra and paid/arranged separately with Bay Point Resort.

*6 Night Minimum Rental Period-*Sunday to Sunday although may be able to accommodate Saturday to Saturday depending on certain weeks.

No rentals will be granted to those under 25 years of age.
