Excellent value for the money! Property was clean and tidy and exactly as described. Host gives you everything you need to know up front, so just make sure to read through it ahead of time. Our family really enjoyed the spacious living room and the picnic table on the deck. The pool was clean and well maintained. A great place for a family vacation!

Girls trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great! We do have a few suggestions for future guestsThere should be some sort of drainboard for the dishes, a colander would have been nice as well as a larger saucepan as we did make pasta There was no screen on the slider so we could not keep it open The pool was closed moat of Thursday which was disappointing

Thank you for your review and for sharing these helpful suggestions! We’re glad you enjoyed the rental overall. We appreciate the feedback about adding a dish drainboard, colander, and larger saucepan, as these are great suggestions for making the kitchen more convenient for future guests. We’ll also have our team look into the missing screen on the sliding door. We’re sorry the pool closure on Thursday affected your stay. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you’re looking forward to enjoying the pool while on vacation. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back to Put-in-Bay!

This host communicated very well. For example, I called the number on my email which was recent and easily accessed, to ask for coffee filters. Pictures of the cabin showed a coffee pot, so we brought coffee with us, but there were no filters. I called them at 8:30 Saturday morning, and they were delivered to us by 9:00 am. I didn't realize that pillows would be provided--that was a nice bonus. We had a great time. Thanks so much.Terri Allen and Family

良かった点 : ロケーション
This cottage was recently renovated and it was very nice. Everything was new in it. It had plenty of room for a large group even though there was only two of us. The staff at the resort was great. We discovered the one and only closet (which was a decent size walk-in) had not been completed when we got there. There were no rods to hang clothes or any shelving. Since I had clothes to hang up I called the office to let them know. Shortly one of the summer helpers (all foreign exchange students!) showed up with a rolling clothes rack that I was able to put in the closet to use. Also, when we inquired about where to get bags of ice she offered to go get us two bags. Very nice and sweet young lady. I would recommend this place. And the resort is a nice as well. It is close to everything especially the state park and Joe's Bar which had the most amazing hamburgers.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! 😊 We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the newly renovated cottage and found it spacious, comfortable, and nicely updated. It’s also wonderful to hear our staff was able to quickly help with the closet situation and make sure you had what you needed during your stay. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to the staff member who helped with the clothing rack and ice delivery. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the unfinished closet details as we continue completing upgrades to the cottage. It’s great to know you still had a wonderful experience overall and enjoyed the convenient location near the state park and Joe’s Bar. Those burgers really are hard to beat! 🍔😊 Thank you again for staying with us and for the recommendation. We hope to welcome you back to Put-in-Bay again soon! 🏝️
