The main level offers a seamless open-concept design, perfect for family gatherings or a quiet evening in. The fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances and a dishwasher, while the adjacent living area boasts vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and a queen-size sleep sofa. Through the sliding glass doors, you'll find a private outdoor patio outfitted with comfortable furniture, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an alfresco dinner in the coastal breeze.

The flexible sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate up to five guests comfortably. The first-floor bedroom is perfect for children or additional guests, featuring a set of bunk beds with a pull-out trundle. Upstairs, the primary bedroom is nestled in the spacious loft, offering a luxurious King-size bed, a private TV and an en-suite bath for a peaceful retreat. For added convenience, the home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Located in the heart of Brewster, this townhome provides easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and local beaches. Guests also have the opportunity to enjoy the world-class amenities of Ocean Edge Resort. Pool and fitness center privileges are available for an additional fee, which can be paid directly to the resort upon your arrival, allowing you to tailor your vacation experience to your specific needs.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages. Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
