Our cottage is designed to promote relaxation and connection, nestled within 10 acres of serene surroundings. With 2 private accommodations, each featuring its own driveway and exclusive facilities, our estate is the perfect retreat. The cottage offers a studio bedroom with king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area overlooking the Hinterland, and a second living area. The bathroom boasts a new water system, ensuring hot water 24/7. Step outside to the deck, where BBQ, fire pit, and breathtaking views await. We're pet-friendly, with a $100 pet fee per stay, and situated on the border of Tallebudgera and Bonogin.

This area appeals to me because of its picturesque views, private setting, abundant wildlife, and warm atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The most enjoyable aspects of the area are the breathtaking sunrises, birdsong, and nocturnal sounds that promote a good night's sleep.

This property offers a very comfortable stay in its spacious studio with large windows overlooking a valley and ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen is cute and functional featuring modern appliances including a brand new dishwasher and modern fridge. Two living areas offer different views one for sunrise and hinterland views for sunset. The deck is the best part with gorgeous views picnic table bbq area and a private stage. Independent driveway and parking area ensure a relaxing stay.
