Beautiful by nature by the Niagara Falls. Loft style cottage 2 mins. walk to the Clifton Hill & 4 mins to the Ferris wheel 9 min. walk to the old casino & to US Falls, Canadian falls, restaurants…very close to most attractions by walk…great location

great for all ages-Great Ferris wheel only 4 minutes walk … also some firework view from the loft too.
Beautiful by nature …Great location, two floors including the third where you enter everything is kept for the conscience and to enjoy as family or friends . on the walking distance and great walk to the falls & clifton hill fun district.

Please note this is the front door 🚪 unit A.
Unit A has two parking spots side by side right at the front of the house-
10 minutes walk to the famous old casino.. walking distance from the rainbow bridge

Other things to note:
unit B at the back of the house has no access from inside to this unit and the for that parking for that unit is by the grass only.
No drugs inside the house
Since pool table is a heavy table so
please do not move the pool table from its original spot please avoid keeping
food or drink on the pool or billard table as it may leave marks … there is a billard table cover that is there when not in use.

It's a house that looks good from the outside, but inside it's neglected; the beds are damaged, the sheets and pillows look dirty. The bed fell and I hit myself. There are no utensils, and the plates and glasses are in disarray. Overall, we didn't like it; it needs cleaning and repairs to be worth that much.
