Come enjoy a quite and clean place. It cozy and warm and has the basic to keep you going. We are in a very peaceful neighborhood. This is a basement unit and I live upstairs with my 3 girls and husband.

Not the cleanest place, but the best price in the area with the biggest space so we thought it was fine. The kids upstairs will wake you up before quiet hours are over and will be running around all day so I would recommend you make plans during the day that start early.

Really nice smart residential part of Niagara. Spacious basement self contained apartment with all facilities. Host is very helpful and friendly - highly recommended

Close to town; good price; medium quality

Nice beds, good water pressure for the shower, great wifi and TV connection. Lack of temperature control ( heater provided), family with kids lives upstairs, so noisy (but quiet after 10 pm).

Decent place to stay

For our first Vrbo is was pretty good. We had all we need as a family vacationing that a couple of hotel rooms can’t provide.

Good stay

It was a nice stay. Having the 3 bedrooms was such a plus and the living room space. It was also great to have 2 bathrooms to make getting ready for dinners easier with a group. There was a decent amount of things to do in the area but everything was about 10+ mins away. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice.

Vacation 2023

Our family of eight stayed here for six days. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The hosts are accommodating. However, the kids ran around from upstairs, even though it was quite late at night and we were trying to sleep in the lower level of the house. One of my relatives is handicapped and had difficulty going up the stairs because there was only one handrail for her to use, and she can only use one side of her body. Having handrails on both sides would be safest for anyone with mobility issues. The living room area’s decent if you don’t mind watching just streaming services - we didn’t have the opportunity to watch Live/broadcast TV like the news.The couches were a bit uncomfortable as well as their pots and pans need to be changed because the coating’s gone. Overall our stay was fairly good.

The host was absolutely lovely and the property met our basic needs for 3 beds and 2 bathrooms to be used as a home base for our activities. It was conveniently located, and in a newer neighborhood. The host was responsive when we reached out.A few things to note when considering this property:- The rental is spacious, but it is more like a mother-in-law suite housed in a basement than a separate basement apartment. - There is no sound proofing, and as the listing says, the owners live in the upstairs portion with their children. You will hear their daily life. -The entrance is through the family garage, which was a little confusing when we were trying to figure out how to get to the unit. -The kitchen is very basic and has limited kitchen supplies. The refrigerator wasn't working when we stayed there, and we tend to try to do most meals at rentals, so ful kitchens are a big deal for us. We had to adjust our plans because there was only a small beverage type refrigerator to use as a replacement for the full sized refrigerator. - The thermostat is connected to the house, not the rental. The host was amenable to adjusting the thermostat to meet our needs, but there was no climate control availabile for the rental.- There is limited space for clothing to be stored, and the room with the en suite was a tight fit for being able to get into the bed on one of the sides.We spent very little time during the day in the rental, so it ended up being a decent fit for our stay.

The vacation rental was in an excellent location. We felt safe in the nice neighborhood. It was very roomy and nice to have 2 bathrooms! There was noise from young children running and voices from the floor above. Internet was spotty, dropping a number of times on both TV and computer. It was disappointing to have the kitchen not stocked with coffee for even one day. The paper towel roll was nearly empty upon our arrival. A picture below shows cupboard with the lack of coffee, tea, spices as well as the nearly empty paper towel holder with no spares..
