Montfleury is an authentic 1930s Bauloise house beautifully renovated in 2021. About 180m2 it is located 80m from the beach of Nau, 10mn walk from the center of the village and its shops, and 1.5km from the TGV station of Pouliguen. It is in a quiet dead end and in the middle of a garden out of sight. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (and 1 shower), a home cinema as well as fiber.

NB. Cleaning fee = cleaning out + linen + service beds made

Belle maison proche mer

Tres jolie maison , cuisine impeccable et tres bien équipée. Pièces a vivre très agréables . La maison se trouve bien a proximité de la plage mais a 15 min a pied du centre ville ( marché et commerces) et non a 3 min comme indiqué dans l annonce . Une demande inattendue a l arrivée : il nous a ete proposé de regler 30€ pour avoir les lits faits et demandé 100€ pour le ménage alors que le devis réglé incluait déjà 100€ pour " Frais de nettoyage".

Merci Brigitte pour vos commentaires. Nous ne louons pas la maison depuis longtemps ce qui explique sans doute les malentendus de communication que vous mentionnez. Nous allons corriger notre site pour les éviter à l’avenir. En tout cas nous sommes ravis que la maison vous ait plu. Gabrielle

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée et très bien située. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
