"La Loubine" offers an exceptional location facing the ocean. You will enjoy a view and a relaxing atmosphere with your feet in the water. The villa has a resolutely contemporary, refined and comfortable style. Its large terrace and landscaped garden by the sea guarantee you pleasant moments alone, with family or friends.
The ocean is visible from all rooms of the house.
On the first floor:
- A large living room and dining room opening onto a large terrace overlooking the garden and the sea.
- an independent kitchen.

- a master suite with sea view with its large en-suite round bathtub (bed of 160) -

Upstairs:
- a master bedroom of 23 m2 (bed of 180) with a breathtaking view with an office and a mezzanine with a reading area.

The house is built on a large landscaped garden of 2400 m2.

La maison est très belle, avec une vue absolument magnifique et un accès au littoral du jardin. Le propriétaire est très réactif et a pu s’ajuster à nos demandes de dernière minute pour notre arrivée . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Merci Clotilde, nos voisins ne sont pas intrusifs ils ont juste été étonné qu’un mariage avec installation de Barnum soit organisé dans le jardin sans avoir été prévenu. Mariage dont moi non plus je n’avais pas été informé !!!!!!!

Très agréable séjour où nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli dans cette magnifique chaumière.L’emplacement est exceptionnelle avec une vue mer incroyable dont on ne se lasse pas et l’accès au chemin côtier qui permet de jolies balades.La maison est parfaitement bien équipée et très bien décorée. What a spot!!!

Tout a été exceptionnel ! A commencer par la propriétaire de la maison qui a été d'une vraie gentillesse avec nous. Que dire de notre séjour dans la maison de Greg. L’endroit est idéalement situé, la maison est fidèle à la description et même un peu mieux. Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment agréable et reposante. Nous recommandons chaudement et y séjournerons vraisemblablement à nouveau
