Charming 2,089 sf, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Carmel Point home located near the beach! This home has a lovely succulent-filled garden and a pleasant garden path in the back yard that winds under Cypress trees and leads to a bench. Guests will enjoy both the vintage elements that harken back to the Carmel-by-the-Sea of yesteryear as well as the modern elements and updates throughout this unique home.

Living Spaces
A gracious entry foyer welcomes you as you step into the home. The large, Redwood paneled living room and dining area has pitched ceilings, open beams and skylights along with hardwood floors and colorful area rugs. The gas log fireplace is surrounded by river rocks and a comfortable couch and a piano complete the scene. This space is full of character and blends rustic elements with classic comfort. Vintage coastal art is nicely displayed throughout the home.
Upstairs: A carpeted landing area is equipped with an L-shaped couch, a small table with 3 chairs and a wifi-enabled plasma TV for viewing streaming programming (guests should bring their logins to access their own subscription services).
Step out to a large wooden deck with a peek of the ocean in the distance and lounge in the sea breeze.

Kitchen and Dining
The homey kitchen has lofty ceilings with painted exposed beams and skylights. with dishwasher, microwave and small table looking out to beautiful front gardens. The kitchen has a small 4-top wooden table and the large wooden dining table that seats 6 is located on one end of the large living area. Step out to the enclosed courtyard patio with a propane BBQ grill.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The two downstairs bedrooms have charming board-and-batten walls and ceiling features and cozy carpet.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, seating area TV and stereo. (Can access other king bedroom and bathroom from this room).
Bedroom #2 has a king bed.
Both bathrooms on this level are accessed by the hallway: One has a shower-over-tub combination, the other has a standing shower.
Upstairs:
Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, carpeting and a nice view of nearby coastal mountains.
The bathroom on this level has a standing shower.

Stacked washer/dryer in hall closet.

Parking in driveway. Garage is not available for guest use.
