Guest Access:

Golf: Premier Sport Membership typically does not grant access to the private Punta Mita Golf Club courses (Pacifico & Bahia), which usually requires a separate Golf Membership or staying at a Four Seasons/St. Regis property.

Effective January 6, 2026

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities.

Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.
