A truly stunning spot! We had the most wonderful time at Double Cove! The Bach is nestled in the bush, you can hardly spot it when you first get there by boat. Taking the short steep path from the jetty to the house you get to enjoy the most amazing views over the Sounds and a cosy, cute and comfy little Bach that has got everything you need for a very relaxing and special time! The hosts Jane and Richard are such warmhearted, generous, helpful and lovely people! They are living in their new house as next door neighbours if you need them, you won’t see or hear them though if you want your privacy! We really enjoyed talking to them and got shown a really amazing bush walk that starts right at the top of the property and depending on how long you are keen on walking you could even make it to the Queen Charlotte track after a couple of hours! Our children spent hours on the kayak, we went snorkelling and swimming from the private jetty or just relaxed in the sun on the deck and enjoyed the views and peaceful atmosphere!Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!
