Bayside Villa 4108: A Luxurious Captiva Escape

Experience the best of island living in Bayside Villa 4108, a beautifully updated and spacious condominium in Captiva. This one-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers a blend of comfort and style, featuring a plush king-sized bed in the master suite and a convenient queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area to accommodate additional guests.

The interior is designed for relaxation, boasting a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living space with a large flat-screen TV. Step onto your private screened lanai to enjoy the island breeze with your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. While staying here, you will have full access to the association’s excellent amenities, including sparkling pools, BBQ grills, and on-site laundry facilities.

We provide beach towels to make your days on the sand effortless. Although access to the main resort amenities is not included, you are perfectly positioned to explore the wonderful restaurants and unique shops located just outside the resort gates.

*Important Note:
This rental may not include beach chairs or umbrellas. We’ve partnered with VayKLife to provide you with a credit toward beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more—so you can pack light and still enjoy everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. While some of our homes may have beach gear on-site, availability varies, and we cannot guarantee specific items will be provided. With VayKLife, you get to choose exactly what you need, and they’ll deliver it right to your door for added convenience. Your booking confirmation includes a link to VayKLife’s site, where you can browse their full selection and easily redeem your credit. It’s just one of the ways we help make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Great stay—perfect for our family of 4 (teens) for a weeklong stay. A few odds and ends in the bathrooms that still need to be upgraded but other than that it was well stocked (towels and sheets for the pull-out sofa) close to the beach and just as described. We brought our own beach chairs—didn’t see any of those. Would book again.

Bathrooms are super small so be prepared. Shower/Tub backs up a good bit, but I’m assuming there’s lots of SAN going down the drain. The air conditioner was broken when we arrived, they did promptly come the next morning to work on it and got it running. However, it ran very loudly until a couple days later when they returned to finish the repair. Overall, it was a okay stay, but disappointed that we weren’t offered anything from the rental company for our one night in an 80 degree room with no AC and two more nights with the compressor knocking and running very loudly.

We are glad to hear that our team was prompt in arriving the morning after your check-in to get the air conditioning up and running, though we are truly sorry for the initial frustration and discomfort you experienced. Arriving to an 80-degree room with no AC is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. We also sincerely apologize that the unit continued to run so loudly for the next couple of days before the final repair could be completed, and that the shower drain was backing up during your stay. We have since had our plumbing team clear the drain fully, and the AC compressor has been entirely replaced and is now running quietly. We completely understand your disappointment regarding how the AC situation was handled financially. You are absolutely right that a night without air conditioning and subsequent noisy days warrant a gesture of goodwill. We want to make this right, so our guest relations team will be reaching out to you directly today to issue an appropriate refund/compensation for the severe inconvenience and lost comfort during your stay. Thank you for your valuable feedback, as it helps us improve our property and our guest services. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future for a completely flawless, comfortable stay.
