We aim for a seamless experience, and I’ll certainly look into how we can make the Wi-Fi and pool information even easier to spot so it isn't missed. Regarding the towels, we provide a starter set intended to last a few days, but I hear you—laundry is the last thing anyone wants to do while on vacation!
