A starter kit of toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion can be found in each bathroom. Laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. Please note if you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.
Shipyard requires gate passes for all vehicles to enter and must be purchased at the time of the booking. The Greens 115 may have up to two (2) passes. One Beach Parking pass is provided (April 15th-September 15th) per reservation.The Beach Parking pass provides for one parking space at one of the Beach Club parking areas. Also, a complimentary trolley makes runs from the Beach parking area to the Beach Club.
