Inside, the villa features an open floorplan with a spacious living area centered around a stately fireplace, complemented by a fully updated kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six, creating a welcoming space for family meals and gatherings.

The villa accommodates up to six guests with one king bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, king bed, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom also features a flat-screen TV and two twin beds. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a convenient washer and dryer in the hallway provide added comfort and convenience.

Evian is a private, serene community featuring its own pond, community pool, and tennis courts. Guests can enjoy four complimentary adult bicycles and four beach chairs, making it easy to explore Shipyard or take a short ride to the Shipyard Beach Club. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee, making this villa ideal for families, friends, and pet lovers looking for a memorable Hilton Head vacation.
