The Space:
This freshly renovated apartment is located on the top floor of a distinctive hotel/pub building.
It features:
2 queen beds + 1 fold-out bed (sleeps up to 6).
Private kitchen for convenient home-style meals.
Bright, comfortable interiors with hotel-style charm.
Ideal for guests looking for space, privacy, and a central location.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
The Neighborhood:
Situated at 273 Cleveland Street, Redfern, you’ll be close to everything:
A short walk to Olympia Restaurant and other popular dining spots.
Easy access to cafes, pubs, and local attractions.
Close to the city while still enjoying a lively neighborhood atmosphere.
Getting Around:
Central Station is just a 7-minute walk, making it easy to get anywhere in Sydney
Public transport, shops, and essentials are all right around the corner
Walking is often the fastest way to explore the area
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.
Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.

We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away :)
