Wir, 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Bad war eine Überraschung: alles neu inkl. Dusche, super! Der Pool auf dem Dach ist der Hammer.Einziger Punkt ist der Ceck- in ab 14 Uhr, weil wir schon um 9 Uhr da waren... Aber wurde vorab ehrlich kommuniziert.Auch die Lage fantastisch. Alles in Geh-Entfernung.Insofern rundum sehr zufrieden.

Sydney holiday

Overall our stay was good , the apartment is what it is but we couldnt get any clear reply re the tv channels so was stuck with basic tv channels every night . We also had no response to the fact when you have one shower the whole bathroom is soaked , the exhaust fan isnt adequate plus i actually dont think it works . Even the toilet paper gets wet . Dont leave any thing on the sink as our electric tooth brushes and straightener were ruined :( again i had no reply from property manager . They did accomadate us with a later checkout though so we are happy about that but only because when i put my search in i put 'luggage storage ' and they havnt updated the listing ( this was sorted before arrival ) The sofa bed is super uncomfortable . The toilet seat moves also , assuming needs a screw . The location is great but dont ask the reception any questions on anything as they dont want to engage with people in private apartments . I think next time id book through the hotel directly but i most likely would not stay at this hotel again . On arrival there was maintence happening , wires hanging down all over , big patches of wet carpet in hallways and walls have cracks . I shouldve read the reviews better to be honest , they are there for a reason

Great place to be a tourist

Great place. Central to Sydney CBD. Do not need a car. Most things are walking distance. Roof top pool and spa was a big hit and never over crowded. A few extra towels would have been great but we made it work. As it is central CBD it is noisy both day and night. This is not the hosts fault. Just something to note if you are a light sleeper.

Sydney Hyde Park views.

Our unit was the top floor with two balconies over looking Hyde Park. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet being in the middle of the city. The Sydney bridge, Opera House and Darling Harbor were all very walkable.

Good location and comfortable

Fully controllable a/c heating. Dishwasher and washing machine nice to have. Good wi-fi and large screen TV. Minimally equipped i.e. no salt, tin foil or paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay but there is an IGF grocery store very close by. A tiny garbage pail with no replacement plastic bags but the garbage chute is in the hall. All that said you can't beat the location and the view.

Location is great. Unit is clean. Better to add more drinking glasses because only 2 drinking glasses were provided. We end up using the coffee mugs. Also, better to have chairs at the balcony area as shown in the listing. Overall, we had a great stay.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé et a été rénové récemment. Les photos ne sont pas récentes et l'appartement est bien mieux en réalité. C'est un peu juste pour 5 personnes au niveau couchage, mais pour le tarif, on s'en est accommodé. La vue est extra car l'appartement est situé au dernier étage. La communication est très facile et le check-in s'est fait très rapidement, la clé était à notre disposition à la réception.

Almost none of the lights worked, the shower dripped constantly. There was what we believed to be a used mask left in the room. The room did not contain enough beds and the "extra bed" was a hard sofa. The linnen for the sofa was in a trash bag and not set up for us. The carpet on the floor was ripped and in bad condition.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 children. We loved the location and check in was very easy. The property could have been cleaner but overall happy with our stay. Roof top spa and gym is great

Affordable accommodation in a great location. The apartment is a bit rundown however that didn’t bother us, and I feel the price reflects this. The owner was quick to reply to any questions and was very helpful. Such a smooth process of booking, staying and leaving. Would stay here again!

Would be better off in a prison cell

Honestly, one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in my life. The company that operate this listing is one of the dodgiest and misleading groups I’ve ever dealt with. My friend and I came up for Mardi Gras this year and we would have preferred to sleep on the street rather than stay in this place if we didn’t already pay for it. The decor is very 80s and lacks any care, the furniture was filthy (especially mould growing on the wooden tables), the entire place smelt musty the entire time, and the electricity was woeful. The bathroom was shocking. WE RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER. 😡 Bedding and linen for the extra bed (if you can call it that) looks and smells like it’s from a hundred years ago. 10/10 would never recommend this place to anybody. Wish I could get my money back.

Disappointing stay

The apartment had not been cleaned properly. When we unfolded the sofa bed the floor underneath was full of crumbs and other rubbish. The apartment also needs refurbishment. The carpet is warn out and the bathroom is really old,

Alright. Basic necessities not fully covered!

The stay was alright. Good: - Towels and bed spreads for all - Fully functioning kitchen - Good views from the balcony - Good pool Needs improvement: - There was only one (not full) roll of toilet paper, no spare. Can buy from the convenience store below - Aircon in the living area was not working, not the best place for summers - Sofa bed is uncomfortable, doesn’t even lay out flat. - Pungent smell as soon as you enter probably coz the carpets are too old, but you eventually don’t notice the smell - Hotel staff don’t cater to anything related to this apartment as it is private Past reviews definitely helped set expectations right.

Good location but not clean.

This had a good location but it was very dirty and smelled bad. I wouldn’t let the kids sit on the floors because they were so dirty. The sheets seemed clean but we had to use the pullout couches in the living area for our kids and they were so gross. Like I said the sheets seemed clean but the blanket we used to stay warm was dirty. Overall I felt like we needed to shower the whole time we were there.

threadbare and musty

We were very disappointed and uncomfortable in the unit. This unit is misrepresented in the photos. It smelled musty and moldy. The carpet was threadbare, stained and discolored. The table tops were dirty. The kitchen cabinet doors were hanging off their hinges. The tub/shower tiles and sink backsplash had mold. The bedroom window sill was full of debris. The bed blankets were old. The living room chair underlining was tattered and trailing. We had to open all windows and doors to air it out, but the smell persisted...making for a cold sleep in the Australian winter. This unit needs to be seriously updated.
