Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer.

Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven

The TV is a smart TV, there is no standard cable channels available but they can download the apps for the channels with includes live TV like 7plus & 9now



** Regarding parking, you can park your car in the garage. it's good to fit for 2 cars in, or there is street parking at the front of the building.



Guest Access:

Please treat the place as your home during the stay.



You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes.



Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.



Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.



Please ensure all the lights, appliances, and AC are switched off when leaving.



Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout.



Our team will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency. Feel free to contact us when needed, and we'll do our best to help your to have a great stay.

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbors are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down between 9 pm and 7 am.

*PETS*: Pets on request only — please contact us before booking, or penalty will apply.



*PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction.



Check-in: This is a self-check-in property. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you one day before your arrival.



LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the property, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).



DAMAGE: Any damage or loss caused by the guest during the stay will be charged to the guest.

We will send you a detailed house guide and check-in instructions one day before your check-in date, with all the check-in details provided by 3 pm on your arrival day.
