**POOL SPA HEATING

There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. We advice to inform us 48 hours prior for arrangements.

**PET POLICY

Only small pets or under 40 pound dog allowed

$150 Pet fee for each animal

Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

**GUEST ACESS AND PARKING

Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2 cars and overflow parking down the road.
