The place we stayed needs repairs one of the rooms upstairs didn’t have a screen after taking the sheets of the beds the mattress covers are disgusting and down stairs the blinds are missing pieces the dishwasher could not pull out top the floor was still dirty will never stay at this place again and the place we booked was not the same house we stayed in

Spacious

There’s a 35 early check in charge. Kitchen and entire home was spacious. We liked the community in which the house is at. Traveling to universal studios took about 45 minutes. Communication back annd forth with the host was great. The house was clean. Unfortunately, saw 1 roach in the kitchen that kind of spoiled the feeling upon realizing that we had not rinsed the dishes before using them. Also, some family members experienced, twice in different occasions, someone trying to open the front door while the rest of the family were out. We reported it to security at the front gate. After submitting the report we had no other incident.

First let me say the house was big and beautiful. Close to all the theme parks, restaurants and stores. But when we first arrived we couldn’t get in because our names wasn’t on the guest list. We had to wait for an hour or so before they were able to get in touch with anyone to correct the problem. That was the only big problem. Also they don’t supply you with wash clothes so bring your own. After the check in mishap everything else was smooth sailing. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice The photos do not do this place any justice. It has been painted which looks very nice. Overall i would give it a great review. The location was great. Easy walk to the club house. The down side is the overall the place was clean. However dishes in cabinets were dirty and greasy and the floors appeared clean, however after we arrive and walking around in our bare feet, our feet were dirty. This is no reflection on the owner, this has to do with the cleaning crew. Certain things were broken…… Both sliding doors would not lock, the shower head in master bathroom was broke. Just little things. Also had a hard time managing the TVs. I would actually stay again. There was so much space. My kids were amazed how big this place was. Besides what i mentioned above, did not really affect my stay. I would give this a high rating 4.8/5. I would recommend this property. The minor things just need to be repaired.

The house is way bigger than expected. The colors are not whats on the picture, its a very nice grey color. Kitchen was my favorite part and has enough space for a big family. Pool area was clean and so was the pool. Has two big master bedrooms with bathroom and the rest are good size rooms. Has crib in the kids room as well as in one of the master room. I was able to set the thermostat which was very good compared to other rented homes. It was a bit cold one night and we needed a bit of heat and was able to switch. The house was clean and parking wasnt an issue.

I have nothing bad to say about my stay in this house. My family had a blast during our stay. The house was equipped with all the necessary, the other I brought it from my house. There were enough rooms for a group of 14 people plus dogs. the only tinner minors issue was with the trash, but the men in the house resulted from thanks with the men. Oh one more thing, if planning to bring more than two cars make sure that you go to the clubhouse and ask for a few parking passes. This was my second time renting with SHV. I'll definitely be renting with them again.... I am a happy customer. Thank you Sweet Home Vacation
