Located in Goldfield Heights, this three-bedroom home enjoys elevated views across Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. Positioned between Queenstown town centre and Frankton, it offers convenient access to restaurants, lakefront walks, supermarkets, and the airport while remaining in a quiet residential setting.
The home is arranged over two levels and suits families or small groups travelling together.

1 King bedroom (upstairs)
1 Queen bedroom (upstairs – includes internal-facing window with privacy blind)
1 Twin bedroom (ground floor)
There are two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering stays, and an open-plan living and dining area that opens to a deck facing the outlook.
Heating is provided by a heat pump and fireplace for year-round comfort.
A shared community tennis court is located directly across the street. Sherwood, a well-known local restaurant and live music venue, is approximately a 20-minute walk away.

• No smoking inside the home.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
For guest safety, a security camera operates at the driveway entrance only. There are no cameras inside the home.
