You need a metal wool for cleaning pots and we couldn't find the expresso coffee maker.Otherwise a great stay. Thank you.

Property was great, the management company looking after it not so much. My check in was at 3pm. I had not received any Checkin instructions by then. I sent sms, called, send them messages in bookabachs messaging system from 2.30pm onwards. I must’ve called a few times, sent several messages but no reply whatsoever. Calling their number went direct to voicemail every time. I left messages and nothing. Then I spent the next 2 hours on the call with Bookabach support who tried to get in touch with them to let us check in. 2 hours!!! Finally after being on multiple calls with Bookabach a supervisor was able to get in touch with someone who said this is the first they had about our issue!!We drove 5h down from Auckland and were getting worried we’d have nowhere to stay. Everything else was booked out completely as it was a long weekend. 1. No email or message from host with check in instructions2. Host not contactable at all even after 2h after check in. 3 spent 2h on call with Bookabach support

We’re genuinely sorry for the stress and frustration you experienced on arrival, particularly after travelling five hours from Auckland and arriving on a busy long weekend. We completely understand how concerning it would have been not knowing how or when you would be able to access the property. Unfortunately, there was a breakdown in the communication and check-in process on this occasion, and we sincerely apologise that you were left trying to contact us without receiving a timely response. We appreciate that spending two hours on the phone with Bookabach support was far from the start to your stay that you should have had. We have taken your feedback seriously and are reviewing what happened with our team to ensure check-in information is provided reliably and that guests have a clear and responsive point of contact when they arrive. Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re sorry that the issues around check-in impacted what should have been an enjoyable experience at Seaview on Findlay.
