Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the main residence, the self-contained apartment, outdoor entertaining areas, and garage.

All areas are private and not shared with anyone outside your group.

The Denbigh Residence is located in one of Arrowtown’s most sought-after residential streets, just a short walk to the historic village centre. From the property, you can easily access Arrowtown’s cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, galleries, and riverside walking trails.

The area is quiet, established, and family-friendly, while still being close to everything Arrowtown has to offer. Queenstown, golf courses, ski fields, and Central Otago wineries are all within easy driving distance.
