## Space

In terms of layout, you will access the house via an exterior staircase and enter the 1st floor of the chalet where there is:

- A beautiful living room illuminated by large windows overlooking the superb landscape where you will enjoy:
=> a kitchen/dining room area with an ultra-contemporary design with all the useful and essential equipment (oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils) and a huge central island forming a dining table with 10 adjustable seats.
=> a living room area with the traditional set: huge brand new corner sofa, coffee table and TV.
A wood stove completes the decor.

=> access to the large balcony facing the lake with 2 tables and numerous garden armchairs

- Independent toilets

- A laundry room with washing machine

- A large bathroom with Italian shower, large bathtub and double sink unit

- A master suite with a queen size bed (160x200cm) and an adjoining bathroom with Italian shower

Access to the upper floor is via a wooden staircase located opposite the living area.
Here, you will have 4 bedrooms and separate toilets.

- A bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and baby bed with lake view

- A 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200cm) and lake view

- A 3rd bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), forest view

- A 4th bedroom with double bed (140x190cm), forest view

Outside, in this large wooded park of 2600m², you can enjoy the charcoal barbecue and park up to 5 cars.

- SHEETS and TOWELS can be provided ON REQUEST (15€ per person)
- Baby equipment can be made available free of charge on request
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in the event of crossed arrival and departure.

-the magnificent Lac d'Aiguebelette, a preserved natural lake with emerald green reflections, support for a wide variety of water activities (rowing, paddle, canoe, pedal boat, etc.) – 5 minutes from the nearest beaches by car

-the city of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage – 15 minutes by car.

-the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes and Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France – 25 minutes by car.

-the Chartreuse massif regional natural park where you can practice cycling, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing, canyoning, via ferrata… From 5 minutes by car.

Before your arrival at the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information!

- 10 minutes from Lépin-le-Lac station served by the TER and 20 minutes from Chambéry station where the TGV reaches Paris in 3 hours.

Privileged location just 3 minutes by car from Lake Aiguebelette (3rd natural lake in France, renowned for the purity of its waters, in a green setting) with non-motorized water activities. Ideal place for swimming The beaches of Pré-argent and Bonvent are 5 minutes away by car and will offer you the possibility of catering. Less than 5 minutes by car you will be offered other beaches, and Stand up paddle, Electric bike/mountain bike, Canoe Kayak, Pedal boat, Electric boat, Surf ski, Canyoning Via ferrata, Paragliding, Climbing, Tree climbing, Hiking or on horseback. 3 minutes by car in Novalaise you will find all the food stores, a pharmacy, doctors and the market, Wednesday and Sunday morning.
