In addition to a prime location, you are also granted access to fantastic on-site amenities, including a heated pool, a hot tub, a BBQ area with charcoal grills, a lazy river, a children's pool, a pool slide, a game room with arcade machines, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and a business center. This stunning retreat boasts a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one living space - perfect for entertaining! Spread out comfortably on the sofa and get ready for a fun evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The kitchen has been thoughtfully appointed with all the major appliances needed to channel your inner chef and surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals. There is also a Keurig coffee maker that will please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. Sliding glass doors lead you to a private patio with chairs where you can unwind and enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing evening beverage. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the main floor with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and smart TVs, but the primary suite also includes a private balcony. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and central AC.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.
Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).
BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).
Pool Heater: $35 per day plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a heated pool option).
Pet-friendly! A $150 +tax non-refundable fee applies only if bringing pets.
