Great Location

The stay was great and the location was perfect! The area felt very safe and it was easy to get to. We were doing a lot of different activities on this trip and it was a nice relaxing stay.

Lovely cottage

This is a super cute little cottage. It is easily accessible on the property. I saw deer and other wildlife on the property. It was very peaceful and perfect lovation for our trip.

I absolutely loved it and will be visiting again

Very pretty we seen deer and lots of different lizards. It was clean and very safe and cozy feeling. Everyone was so awesome as far as staff. We will be using this location again

Property is as advertised. Shawna was excellent to work with and very prompt in responding. Property is close to many restaurants and stores. Appreciated property being pet friendly. Enjoyable vacation destination.

45th Birthday Vacation

This Little cozy cottage was the perfect home away from home. Well maintained inside and out. Also the location being in walking distance to Old Town/ Fun Spot America was a plus plus. Great for multiple family groups to book each their own cottage and still be together. The owner responded whenever We messaged right away. Loved our stay and will be booking in the future. Awesome 45th Birthday Vacation🥰

Charming cottage

This adorable little cottage was located in the most wonderful neighborhood/resort area. There is plenty for people to do within the resort itself. It is also located within walking distance of Old Town and The Fun Spot. It is minutes from Disney and Universal. Location is perfect. The property owner was wonderful to work with. She promptly answered any questions I had.

Fantastic stay!!!

This cottage was PERFECT for our mother/daughter Disney visit. We frequent the area a lot and have stayed in many short term rentals. This was the best! The location is close to everything (especially theme parks) but yet tucked back out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the area, easy to get to, and very safe and secure. It’s quiet and everyone around was friendly. Full use of the amenities and the pool was great!! The cottage itself was adorable, clean, well stocked with necessities, and very functional. Shawna is quick to answer any questions/concerns and rectify any issues (had an issue with the washer on a Sunday and she had a repairman there the next day). Overall a wonderful stay!!

DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT RENT THIS COTTAGE! We arrived late Sat to find both screens had tears in them. Not one roll of toilet paper.Towel & sheets still damp in dryer. Microwave light burned out. Every time we showered the tub almost overflowed. Send the owner a text about the screens the next morning after we went to store to buy toilet paper, but she said she never received it. We were blamed for the tears. We were also told there was a tool in the closet to unclog the hair in the shower. I really don’t think we should have to clean previous guests hair from the drain. Tropical Palms is really a nice place, but I would suggest you rent from them.

Great Stay!

This cabin was perfect for our visit to the Orlando area. Perfect size. Clean and super cute. Added comfort being in the gated camping community. Owner was quick to respond to questions. We loved our stay here and if back in the Orlando area will definitely want to book this one again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Early morning swim in the pool was a highlight for me. Very clean. Close to attractions ( we were visiting Disney Hollywood Studios). Good security. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic little gem in an extremely convenient location

I will start by saying that this place is great. It is located in a gated RV/small home park with plenty of open spaces and amenities, near the Old Town area. It is economical and quite a bang for the buck. There were a couple of issues (the most notable one being a rather noisy washing machine, although Shawna said it was new and she'd look into it). It was a bit small for us, but the location was great, and we liked the large dog run for our doodles.I do have to say the neighborhood may not be for everyone - our dogs can be barkers (which is why we looked for a detached unit), and we received complaints when we left them during the middle of the day. Shawna was very nice and understanding about it but was unable to offer a refund. We did choose to move to a different location because we feared the neighbors would not complain any less. That being said, if you're a smaller party with small/medium pets, this place is likely a great spot for you!

Best part is the pool

The biggest problem with my stay was that the “cabin” did not seem very clean. There was a left over open packet of honey on the counter that someone put a propped up picture in front of instead of cleaning. There were no cleaning supplies on site. I sent messages to the booking person that were not responded to. I grabbed linen out of the closet that smelled like someone had sprayed their perfume all over it making me assume it was never washed after use. There was a hole in the door and crack in the ceiling. The “access card” was never found. And the bed was HORRIBLE! The pool on site was truly heated however and the on-site staff were nice.

Hostess very quick to answer our inqiiries before and during our stay. Quiant cottage perfect for two. Close to many attractions including Old Town Kissimmee , downtown Celebration and of course, Disney parks. Located in Tropical Palms resort, easy in and out from there.
