Couples Retreat upstairs suite off the Caloosahtchee River with private pool

Carla and Scott were excellent guests to have met. They were very polite and a joy to communicate with they left everything very clean and tidy. Patrick and his wife were very awesome guest as like most of all my guests here at the couples retreat they left everything as was found very clean and tidy. They were very friendly and very easy to talk with got a chance to hang out with them a couple times very awesome people would definitely recommend them and hope to see them back again. Greg and Mary Ann have stayed previously at the couples retreat and has always left the place very clean and as found. It is such a joy to have them for repeat customers. This guessed did reach out to me the next morning and express his concerns about the area which at that time I had told him for the two years that I've had guests here at the sweet that was the first that I've ever heard that type or even any kind of complaint I of course like for all my guests to be comfortable so I did tell him I would work with him on refunding some of his funds I do ask my guest several times before their arrival if they have any questions or concerns about anything that I could possibly answer for them none of my pictures are misleading and I feel if people were that concerned they would just Google the house I just seen that complete neighborhood it is a very nice neighborhood to ride bikes in and is not unsafe but to each their own and per my cancellation policy I did not owe the guest back any funds but I did return him 50% of what I did receive letting him know that VRBO took almost a third of his funds and of course they stuck with their contracts and did not refund him any of their money that they had received so I feel very comfortable with what I did for this guest as I do with all of my guests I try to ensure that they have a good stay and enjoy their self thank you for reading my side of this issue and look forward to your future bookings Vern

Dawn and her husband were great guests to have here at my home they were very respectful and communicated very well they respected and followed all the house rules as I had I asked half the time I didn't even know they were on the property thank you guys once again it's always a joy to meet great guest like you guys were hope you will consider another stay if you get back to Florida have a great year and take care of yourselves

Brian and Trish were very awesome guests they were very clean and respectful of the property they are very happy to easy couple and I certainly enjoy the opportunity to hang out with them and really enjoyed my time on the boat with them I would certainly welcome them back for another stay hope to see you guys again thank you once again Trish and Brian

Karen is a very awesome guest she is very sociable I'm just a joy to have around she has I'm very respectful and appreciative of the property and all the amenities she is without a doubt a five star guest I would definitely love to have her stay again thanks again Karen I will see you very soon when your next stay

Rick and Jen where very awesome guest they were very outgoing and a joy to have around we hung out together went boating and had a great time would definitely have them back they were very clean and respectful of the property and left everything as they found it when they arrived you guys were great hope to see you again

Leslie and her guests we're very awesome even though they didn't get in till very late when I met them the next day they were very thankful and a very joyful couple. I would most certainly love to have them back as guest for they were very clean and respectful I would love to have them back to where they can at least spend some more time and enjoy themselves once again thank you again Leslie
