This charming holiday home, sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 comfortable queen bedrooms that overlook the natural bush, and an open mezzanine. There is only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Bed linen and bathtowels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

A large open-plan area featuring built-in window seats and a pool table. An extensive deck with break-out lounge, dining and woodfire barbecue area means there is plenty of room for the whole family to not only relax and retreat after a day’s adventures, but also to spend quality time together.

Ceiling fans in the open plan lounge and 3 main bedrooms keep you cool in the summer and the open fire toasty in the winter (firewood not supplied).

This is a stunning bush retreat just 150metres from the crystal clear water of Eagle Bay Beach, 5 minutes' drive from vineyards and breweries, 10 minutes' drive from Dunsborough and Bunker Bay, and on the doorstep of the greater Margaret River Region.

The Treehouse is a perfect base for small families or couples wanting to explore the beautiful South-West region. We will not accept any school leaver bookings at any time of the year.

Linen costs for all bedding and bath towels are included in the cleaning fees. Please bring your own beach towels.
