Haven By the Bay- Short walk to Broadwater beach
Family holidays are made easy in this relaxed beach house in the the popular area of Broadwater. Only 300 meters to the beach and a short drive from Busselton city center this home is great place to situate yourself in your next down south Holiday.
You can walk or cycle on the direct beachfront pathway leading to the Busselton foreshore and world-famous jetty, or simply enjoy the beach at the end of the street.
The living area has a TV and DVD player and leads down to the 3 minor bedrooms, laundry, separate toilet & main bathroom with a shower & separate bath.
The master suite is accessed off the deck area and has a private ensuite with large shower & toilet.
There are ceiling fans located in 2 of the bedrooms. There is also a pedestal fan in the home and 2 portable electric heaters.Reverse cycleAirConditioning is offered in the Main living area and in the sleep out.
You can look out over the deck & backyard from the modern kitchen which is fully equipped for family meals and has a dishwasher for ease of washing up. There is a Nespresso Delonghi coffee machine for guest use but you will need to bring your own pods.
Outside offers a huge deck with bar fridge and prep bench plus a family size BBQ. Watch the kids play on the lawn & they also have plenty of room to ride/scoot around on the driveways. The dog will enjoy lazing around too in the large secure yard.
On the deck there is a heated outdoor spa (fenced), perfect for relaxing after a hard day at the beach or watching the rain fall outside on a chilly Winters night.

HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 10 people allowed.
-Maximum of 4 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.
