Very easy booking from start to finish. The communication beforehand at times was confusing (visitor pass, daily rentals, etc.). Those things didn’t apply to me, so I didn’t worry about it. The condo was in great shape, clean and a beautiful view! Little things that other places don’t always think about, I appreciated (like plenty of towel hooks in the bathroom, a curtain in front of the glass showers for sharing bathrooms, extra towels and washcloths). We loved the pools and the view from the room was great!

Please read ALL-The place over all was nice, typical 3 bedroom condo. Our issue arose when we had problems with plumbing. We were unable to use our master bath shower for two days. After the issue was fixed on Wednesday(2 days after it was reported to maintenance)we couldn’t sleep in one of the bedrooms for two nights (there were dehumidifiers and fans running along with tubes running from the bedroom to the other bathroom across the hallway). So the kids had to use our bathroom to get ready and one slept on the couch and the other on the floor in the living room . Too add onto this experience, we had someone in the condo every day we were there. Maintenance, then someone to change the air vents, then the plumber, then the mold and water guy, then maintenance coming to check on the floor. It was not an enjoyable experience to say the least. BUT-what is important to know is that when I requested a refund because the trip was so bad, the mang. Co. offered not even two nights. I was fine paying the night we had no issues and the cleaning fees and things like that because I understand that has to be done anyway. I asked for four nights of the total stay back. Not only was it like pulling teeth to get responses and the communication was horrible. You get what you get and that’s it. And when I contacted VBRO because this company was a third-party, they could not do anything as well.VBRO DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BACK as they state. Check the listing to see who you are renting from!!!!
