Lakefront Retreat w/ Boat Dock & Outdoor Decks

This cozy lake house is located on the banks of Williamstown Lake, just 6.3 Miles from the Ark Encounter! Enjoy the ample outdoor recreational space, direct access to the lakefront, and the winding outdoor decks and stairways leading down to the boat dock! With room for 8 guests, this quaint little home is perfect for your family getaway or a trip with friends to the lake!



The Space:

This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lakefront home features a series of outdoor wooden decks and stairways leading down to the water, where you will also find a boat dock. Rented boats and other watercraft can be docked at the dock, however, any watercraft already on site is the personal property of the owner and should not be used by guests. Upon entering the home from the front door guests will find a twin trundle near the entry area, as well as access to the king bedroom, full bathroom, and another bedroom with a full/queen-sized bunk bed. The spiral stairs lead down to the lower level where you will find the kitchen, living room, and second bathroom. The lower level also connects out to the lower deck of the balcony, and you will find plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas. Please note that guests with mobility issues may have difficulty on the spiral stairs and may be unable to access the lower level.



Guest Access:

Guests have access entire to the home aside from locked storage areas. Guests may dock personal watercraft at the property at their own discretion.

Entry is through the front door using a unique key code.

Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.

Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.

Guests may not use watercraft belonging to the property owner, or the water slide at the top of the boat dock.



The Neighborhood:

The lakefront home is secluded yet only 15 minutes from the interstate exit. As you get closer to the lake the winding roads may not be well-maintained, so drive carefully and stay alert.

The secluded area does not provide strong cellular service, so be prepared to lose signal as you approach the home.

Never leave children unattended near the water.



Getting Around:

Personal vehicles are recommended in this remote area. Ride-share options are limited.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.



Interaction with Guests:

We are always a message or phone call away if assistance is needed.

We will not enter inside the property during your stay, unless requested, without prior notice or permission.

Please note that our maintenance and cleaning teams may need to access the exterior of the property, without prior notice, to perform routine maintenance like mowing, cleanup, trash removal, etc.
