The home features two spacious bedrooms, including a master with a king bed and ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and its own heat pump/AC for year-round comfort. The second bedroom is conveniently located near the main bathroom and equipped with a queen bed, making the layout ideal for couples, friends, or business travelers.
The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, flowing from the dining space into the comfortable lounge. Relax on the brand-new Nick Scali sofa while enjoying the large 65-inch Smart TV, or unwind by the cosy gas fireplace. With two heat pumps/AC and an additional wall heater, the home stays comfortable in every season.
The executive kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and all the crockery and utensils needed to prepare meals with ease. A beautiful new dining table provides the perfect space for shared meals or working remotely.
