This impressive spacious Holiday home is located in Old Wharewaka one of Taupo,s most desirable areas.
It is only a short walk to the Lake edge and childrens playground.
A 5 minute drive and you are in the middle of Taupo town centre and even less time to restaurants, new supermarket , Bowling alley, Cafe . Mini golf course and boat ramp.
Inside this beautifully presented home you will find 3 double bedrooms .master with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. 2 living rooms. Family bathroom . Modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher
new hob and oven.
Double garage with auto door . Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Plus outdoor entertainment areas with BBQ and large deck with Lake views.
Bedding consists of 2 Queen beds and 2 single Linen and Duvets are supplied.
2 extra parking spaces..
This is a lovely quiet area with excellent views.
Pease vacate property by10.30am.

There was a lot to like about staying here! It’s close to the lake in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The upstairs family room and deck have very nice views. There’s a spacious queen room upstairs with a small but functional bathroom. The house is well equipped with blinds and shades to keep the sun out or provide privacy. The only missing items that we couldn’t find were bbq utensils, namely a metal spatula. We appreciated the washer and dryer/clothesline. We enjoyed all the comfortable places to sit. Thank you!

Lovely comfortable house in quiet area. Quick walk to lake. House had all we needed for a couple of days while on our New Zealand road trip. Good check in and easy to communicate with owner.

We had a lovely stay here.The house was everything we needed Spotlessly clean, comfortable and well located Close to the lake, to a supermarket and not far from town.Communication with Lorraine was very easy She always replied promptly Check in was extremely easy too.

A Place to Retreat...

We had a such a welcoming surpise on arrival. This home is hugely comfortable and spacious with all the amenities and comforts of home. With dismal weather following us, it was a wonderful retreat! It's a shame our stay was so short! The host promptly replied to any questions and queries.

Relaxing stay

This is a very spacious house with a wonderful living area. We felt really comfortable relaxing, sharing a meal, having a drink on the upstairs deck at sunset. Close to the lakeside so good for lovely walks as well. Would definitely stay again.
