The property is located inside Melbourne’s Free Tram Zone, so traveling within the CBD is free and easy. Trams stop directly outside the building or just a short walk away, connecting you to Southbank, Docklands, Crown, and the city’s top shopping and dining. For trips beyond the CBD, simply use a Myki card, available at Southern Cross Station, to access trains, trams, and buses throughout Melbourne.
Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please inquire in advance.
Safety: The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. It is equipped with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher for your safety.
Privacy & Security: For the comfort and security of all residents, noise decibel monitors are installed in the property. These devices DO NOT record audio or conversations; they only measure volume levels to help us ensure our no-party and quiet hours rules are respected.

For your safety and to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring device is installed in the living area. It does not record audio or video. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
We kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines:
1. Respect the property – Treat the space with care. Any damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges.
2. No smoking indoors – Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $400 fine will apply if smoking is detected inside the property.
3. No parties or loud music – Parties, events, or loud music are not allowed. Complaint from neighbors/body corp will result in $800 fine and eviction from the property immediately Evidence of party( photos/videos) will result fine up to $1500 and immediate eviction.
4. No pets – Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved. Bringing pets may incur additional cleaning fees and $250 fine.
5. Maintain cleanliness – Professional cleaning is provided after each stay. Excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in extra charges.
6. Lost keys & lockouts – $400 fee for lost key(per set) requiring lock replacement or locksmith services $200 fee if you lock yourself out and require assistance $500 fee for lost garage remote
7. Key/fob policy – Two set of keys/fobs is provided per reservation. Please safeguard it, as we do not provide extra sets. Contact us if you need assistance. Damaged or missing items – Any damage, theft, or breakage will be charged based on repair or replacement costs.
8. Mail & package deliveries – We cannot accept deliveries. Please do not send mail or packages to the property.
9. Towel use – Do not use towels (including face and hand towels) for makeup removal, tanning products, or other staining activities. Please use dedicated wipes or products to avoid extra cleaning fees.
