Guest will have the entire stunning apartment to themselves. They also have access to the incredible building facilities. To access the facilities please scan the QR Code at reception and complete the online form, then give your keys to the concierge to activate your fob for you.

Smoking inside is not allowed.
Parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for all events, functions or additional visitors. Breaching this rule may incur extra charges.
Kindly refrain from excessive noise at all times, particularly during quiet hours (23:00 – 08:00).
Minut sensors have been installed in all our apartments. These have no cameras or listening devices, but they will alert us to noise, cigarette and vape smoke, and guests outstaying there check out time without prior arrangement.

Return all used cookware, cutlery and utensils to their original spots.
Remove all personal items.
Sort waste appropriately for collection (we will provide the schedule).
Secure all windows and doors, switch off lights, and return keys.

Please leave the property in a tidy state.
Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for lost items or belongings left behind. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left untidy.
4) For alterations like shortening your stay, early check-ins, or late check-outs, please request prior to your arrival. Please note, these may be limited during peak periods.
Shortening your stay may result in only partial refunds, and rebooking during busy periods might incur additional charges.
5) Damages, Breakages and Losses
All damage or breakage must be reported to us immediately.
Removing or relocating property contents without approval is not permitted. Non-compliance may result in a damage fee.
6) Housekeeping
Please promptly report any cleaning issues upon arrival via your booking platform with photographs. We will endeavour to resolve these as soon as possible.
Use only the beds that have been paid for. Using additional beds will incur an extra cleaning fee.
